Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Our service is designed to be used only for content that users have the legal right to convert and download, such as:

  • Content that is in the public domain
  • Content that you have created yourself
  • Content for which you have received explicit permission from the copyright holder

Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you believe that material available through our service infringes on your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the content be removed or access to it blocked.

For your complaint to be valid under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent laws in other jurisdictions, you must provide the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent containing the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which our company is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts or blocking users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.
